Assisted in the implementation of projects focused on youth political engagement and parliamentary strengthening. Implemented projects focused on good governance, parliamentary strengthening and regional parliamentary cooperation. Managed the Parliamentary Internship Program, overseeing recruitment, training, and mentorship, providing 90+ students with the opportunity to support MPs in their daily work and gain hands-on political experience. Conceptualized and led the implementation of the first Data Visualization Academy focused on parliamentary research, that trained 40+ parliamentary staff, equipping them with data visualization skills to enhance and better promote their research work. Served as Albania's primary liaison for the Western Balkan Legislative Strengthening Initiative Project, strengthening cooperation between parliamentary services in the region. Conducted in-depth research on Open Parliament initiatives, assessing the Albanian Parliament’s alignment with international standards.

Provide strategic support to the Albanian Parliament’s to develop and strengthen civic education programs, including digital tools engaging over 3,000 users. Facilitate cross-sector dialogue between Parliament, civil society, and media, leading to the co-creation and adoption of Albania’s first Open Parliament Standards, aligned with IPU and OGP principles Strengthen international partnerships with Parliaments in the UK, Denmark, and the Western Balkans while coordinating exchanges, study visits, and training to enhance civic education initiatives

Manage democratic governance projects, with a focus on enhancing the Albanian Parliament’s capacities in transparency, civic education, and evidence-based policy making. Design program strategies and activities that align with democratic governance goals and parliamentary development priorities. Implement project plans by coordinating stakeholders, overseeing execution, and ensuring alignment with intended outcomes. Monitor project progress through regular evaluations, reporting, and adaptive management to ensure impact and accountability. Lead the operationalization, content development, and outreach strategy for Albania’s first Parliamentary Visitor Center, which is set to launch soon.
