Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Digital Marketing Team Leader to manage, guide, and grow our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, capable of planning and executing effective campaigns, leading team members, and driving measurable results across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of digital marketers, including designers, content creators, and social media managers.
Assign tasks, oversee workflows, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and skill-development sessions.
Digital Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
Plan and oversee campaigns across social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, content, and paid advertising.
Coordinate marketing activities to ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Campaign Execution & Optimization
Ensure execution of high-quality digital campaigns from concept to delivery.
Monitor performance metrics (KPIs) and optimize campaigns for better ROI and engagement.
Analyze competitive trends and propose innovative solutions.
Content & Creative Guidance
Work with the creative team to ensure compelling, clear, and effective content.
Approve content plans, visuals, advertising creatives, and copywriting.
Ensure all digital content follows brand guidelines and best marketing practices.
Collaboration & Communication
Collaborate with the sales, product, and design departments to align marketing efforts.
Present campaign results, reports, and strategic recommendations to management.
Manage communication with external agencies, freelancers, or partners when needed.
Technical & Analytical Tasks
Monitor and analyze website traffic, social media insights, conversion rates, and overall performance.
Utilize digital tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms.
Oversee marketing automation processes and lead funnels.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media management, content strategy, and PPC advertising.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Solid analytical mindset and experience working with marketing data tools.
Creative thinker with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Proficiency with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, CRM software, Canva or Adobe Suite (optional but preferred).
