Swisscontact Kosovo is seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to take the strategic, managerial, and financial leadership of our MSJ project in Kosovo.

In this role, you’ll be the primary counterpart to the donor and key stakeholders, responsible for delivering results in line with the project’s theory of change. You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team of eleven and build a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
We’re after someone who brings adaptive management, systems thinking, and strong private sector engagement.
