EAPW is a community-driven space where Albanians can find and share opportunities—jobs, scholarships, internships, training programs, and practical tips for studying and working abroad.
- Who’s it for? Albanians everywhere - whether in Albania, Kosova, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, or the diaspora.
- What can you do? Share relevant opportunities, look for useful information, and connect with others.
From the beginning, EAPW has been entirely voluntary-based, built on the efforts of its moderators and members who contribute, share, and keep the space alive. With time, it became clear that the group could be even more useful if it evolved into a more structured, easily accessible platform— That’s why EAPW is evolving into a more open, accessible platform, where anyone can find and contribute to a network.
The Strength of EAPW is in Its Community
Who makes up our community?
- 80% have already achieved a Master’s degree
- 40% work in civil society sector, and 30% work in the private sector
- Our community is mostly focused on job opportunities, grants, conferences, forums, and capacity-building activities
- 63% are interested in both international and national opportunities
- 73% have applied for at least one opportunity they found through the group, and 53% have been successful in at least one of them
- 81% believe that creating a webpage for EAPW would be valuable
- 73% have expressed interest in contributing to making this platform stronger
How It Started?
EAPW began as a Facebook group in 2019, created by Lorena after seeing a similar initiative for the Slavic community while working in Trieste, Italy. Realizing that Albanians didn’t have a dedicated space like this, she decided to start one. So, she took action.
Thus, EAPW was born—a space where Albanians, no matter where they are, can find and share opportunities, advice, and connections. And it took off!
